Here are some common symptoms kids experience when they experience stress.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tearfulness<\/li>\n<li>Regression<\/li>\n<li>Clingy<\/li>\n<li>Complaints of headaches and\/or stomachaches<\/li>\n<li>Resistance going to school; school refusal<\/li>\n<li>Opposition and defiance<\/li>\n<li>Withdrawn behavior<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is important to normalize reactions for the first few weeks while getting back into a new routine \u2013 especially after last years\u2019 breaks from in-person school for many students.
