Previously, while at Starr, he helped Starr in developing its racial healing efforts and training which led to the creation of Glasswing, for which he is a certified, lead facilitator.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ken holds an Associate of Arts degree from St. John\u2019s College, Winfield, Kansas; a Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia Senior College, Ft. Wayne, Indiana; and a Masters of Divinity degree from Christ Seminary and the Lutheran School of Theology, Chicago, Illinois.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ken has written numerous articles which have appeared in <strong>The Starr News<\/strong>, and the journal, <strong>Reclaiming Youth International<\/strong>. Also, he is a contributing writer to the book, <strong>Deep Brain Learning<\/strong>, edited by Dr. Larry K. Brendtro and Dr. Martin L. Mitchell.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Before returning to Starr, Ken established <strong>1 Day LLC<\/strong> which sought to promote thought and introspection focused on racial healing and equity.
