She previously served fourteen years at Starr Commonwealth, a nationally recognized nonprofit child and family service organization.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>As a leadership coach, Christi works with leaders helping them challenge themselves to make intentional choices to advance the greater good, lead with courage and align with others for success.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Christi is the co-author of What Great Teams Do Great: How Ordinary People Accomplish the Extraordinary and In Whose Best Interest: One Child\u2019s Odyssey, A Nation\u2019s Responsibility and Putting Connectedness, Continuity, Dignity, and Opportunity to Work. She edited Humanergy\u2019s 50 DOs for Everyday Leadership.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Christi holds a bachelor\u2019s of science degree in Zoology from DePauw University and a master\u2019s degree in higher education administration from Indiana University.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Christi believes in making the best out of life\u2019s curve balls.
