Lindsey Tregenza graduated with honors from Wayne State University with a bachelor’s degree in social work and a minor in Psychology. While in graduate school obtaining her master’s degree in social work, Lindsey was in the advanced standing program concentrating in Interpersonal Practice with a Psychodynamic approach. Lindsey is a Certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner who supports clients through a trauma-informed and trauma-responsive lens.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
With experience working in nonprofits, residential settings, research, and school social work,\u00a0Lindsey has developed a passion for advocating for children and their families. Lindsey utilizes a holistic and trauma-informed approach to therapy and applies mind-body skills, theraplay informed interventions, sensory based interventions, play therapy, and talk therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Lindsey is a co-facilitator and content creator for Connections of Independence, Resilience, Courage, Leadership, and Empathy (CIRCLE). CIRCLE is a curriculum-led, peer support group based on The Circle of Courage\u00ae model. CIRCLE uses the four tenets: Belonging, Mastery, Independence and Generosity for positive development and healing in youth within a group setting.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
